Colliers pubs team leaves for CBRE

Three licensed and leisure agents have left Colliers International to join CBRE in Manchester.

Andrew Watt, senior director, Sam Frankland, director, and senior surveyor Clair McGowan have joined CBRE as the office's recruitment drive continues. The latest arrivals at CBRE follow hiring in investment, building consultancy, development and office agency in the past 12 months.

CBRE's leisure team has disposed of 300 pubs during the past three years. Current clients include Punch Taverns, Enterprise Inns, Marstons and Mitchells & Butlers.

Shaun Skidmore, director of specialist markets at CBRE North West, said: "We are very pleased to welcome Andrew, Sam and Clair to the team and expand our offering in the North West. Given the often challenging climate in the leisure sector at the moment it's essential that we have experienced and motivated team members such as these advising our clients."
