Chorley industrial site tops next Pugh auction

Preston-based auction house Pugh & Company will hold its next sale on 15 October at Old Trafford football ground.
The largest lot in the sale is the 40,000 sq ft Chapel Lane Business Park, a mixed industrial and office asset in four units, guide price £650,000.
The 50-acre vacant Hefferston Grange Farm in Weaverham Cheshire is also for sale, with no published guide price.
There is a notable number of pubs for sale, reflecting the widespread closures hitting the leisure trade.
