Cash Generator heads to Crewe

Kenneymoore Commercial Property Consultants has completed a small letting on behalf of a private landlord at 48 Market Street in Crewe, Cheshire.
Cash Generator, which sells and buys used electrical equipment including televisions and laptops, has taken the 1,926 sq ft unit on a new 10-year lease at a starting rent of £40,000/year. The shop was formerly occupied by Bay Trading.
Cash Generator, which is based in Bolton, Greater Manchester, was represented by Daniel Harris & Co.
