Capita makes bid for NB Real Estate

Capita Symonds, part of the giant outsourcing group Capita, is reportedly acquiring property manager NB Real Estate, which employs 35 people in its Manchester office.
Capita is understood to have made an offer for the business valued at £20m payable in stages. The deal is expected to complete in February.
The markets covered by Capita range from health and transport to architecture and local government.
NB Real Estate, which also has offices in London and Edinburgh as well as Fountain Street, Manchester, would offer Capita the chance to add property management services to existing service lines.
