Bruntwood signs three in Sale

Office landlord Bruntwood reported three small lettings at Dalton House in Sale, south Manchester totaling 5,636 sq ft.
Securitas Security Services has taken 3,595 sq ft, Principle Insurance 760 sq ft and Adjust Solicitors 1,291 sq ft, leaving 10,000 sq ft of office space remaining at the refurbished 20,000 sq ft building on the A56.
Andrew Butterworth, sales director at Bruntwood, said: "Dalton House provides high specification, cost effective office space, surrounded by a wealth of amenities and transport links. Not only do these three deals highlight the popularity of Dalton House as an office location but it also demonstrates Bruntwood's capacity to meet the needs of a variety of businesses."
