Bruntwood signs insurer at Lowry House

Office developer-investor Bruntwood has let 4,868 sq ft at the Manchester city centre building to Liberty Mutual Insurance.

LMI has signed a 10-year lease for a suite on the 15^th floor. Paul Kurgo, managing director of the commercial division at LMI Europe, said: "The first class reception and quality of accommodation with its panoramic views made Lowry House our building of choice.

"We were working to short timescales and we needed a landlord that could deliver – Bruntwood exceeded our expectations."

OBI advised the tenant. DTZ and WHR are retained agents on Lowry House.
