Bray leaves Cushmans
Tony Bray, head of surveyor Cushman & Wakefield's Manchester office for the past seven years, has left and set up on his own.
Bray joined C&W in November 2005 from Dunlop Heywood Lorenz to establish the regional office.
Bray, an office agent, was not returning calls this morning. His LinkedIn profile was changed today to describe himself as a sole proprietor property consultant.
C&W commented only to say Bray left to pursue other interests. Mark Walsh, partner at C&W, will take over as interim head of the Manchester office.
So, has he resigned?
