Bluerow hires MTD lettings manager
Residential agency Bluerow Lettings, based in Liverpool city centre, has recruited Julie Morrison as lettings manager.
Morrison joins from MTD Residential Lettings, having also previously worked for Venmore and the Beetham Organization. She will manage Bluerow’s portfolio of more than 400 properties and handle new business development for the firm, seeking new landlords to work with.
Helen Griffin-Booth, managing director of Bluerow Lettings, said: “The past few years have seen explosive growth for us, with a 20% rise in turnover in the last 12 months. The rental market is thriving at the moment with rental values for property on a rapid increase and demand high. Buyers can’t afford to get on the market and this means there’s thousands of people in Liverpool looking to rent properties instead.”
