Bell Meadow given £4m debt funding from Allied Irish Bank

Cheshire-based property developer Bell Meadow has secured £4m of debt funding from the Manchester office of Allied Irish Bank to complete its Portal Business Park office development in Tarporley.

The 40, 000 sq ft site, due to open tomorrow (24 September), comprises of 15 units varying from 2,000 and 6,000 sq ft in size.

Philip Hartley, corporate banking manager at Allied Irish Bank, said: "The site boasts a fantastic location in terms of its proximity to the leisure and conference facilities at Portal Golf and Country Club and major transport links to other regional business centres."

Knight Frank also worked in partnership with both Allied Irish Bank and Bell Meadow.
