Aztec completes Manchester health facility

The Liverpool and Manchester-based fit out firm has handed over the back treatment clinic at 59 Cross Street in Manchester city centre to Freedom Back Clinics.

Aztec delivered six treatment rooms, two consultation rooms, and a reception area for the chiropractic and osteopathy specialists.

 Freedom Back Clinics at 59 Cross StreetThe £150,000 programme took six weeks to complete and covered 3,100 sq ft across the ground, mezzanine and first floors of the four-storey 27,092 sq ft building.

Rob Maxwell, Aztec managing director, said: "This fantastic scheme is ideal for Freedom's business model. Right in the heart of Manchester, the clinic will be accessible to all whether it be an early morning or lunchtime appointment. We are delighted to have worked with such a forward thinking, expanding organisation and can't wait for the next clinic to open soon."

Aztec carried out the work on behalf of retained surveyors BNP Paribas. Freedom Back Clinics is a client of BNP.

Freedom Back Clinics has its headquarters and a clinic in Leeds and another clinic in Canary Wharf, London.
