Avila buys space at Hawarden Business Park
Avila Automotive has acquired 6,120 sq ft unit one for an undisclosed sum at Hawarden Business Park in North Wales.
Hawarden Business Park is being developed through a partnership between UK Land & Property, Pochin, and in conjunction with the Welsh Assembly Government.
This latest deal leaves one unit remaining at the park, measuring 5,900 sq ft, which is available on a freehold or leasehold basis.
In addition, the park is masterplanned to accommodate future phases including design and build options from 5,000 sq ft to 250,000 sq ft.
Located six miles west of Chester city centre and within two miles of the A55, Hawarden Business Park is one of WAG's strategic employment sites in North Wales. Avila joins other tenants such as Airbus, Aerotech Design Consultants, Wrexham & Flintshire Council, Alcontrol, and Gardner Aerospace.
Stephen Wade, director at Legat Owen, joint agents for the scheme with King Sturge, said: "Hawarden's close proximity to the airport and high quality specification has proved a big pull in occupier's decision to take space at Harwarden."
