Property Alliance has agreed a 15,750 sq ft pre-let to engineering consultancy Mott MacDonald at Spring Bank House in Altrincham.
Mott MacDonald agreed to take a new building adjoining its existing 19,100 sq ft accommodation at Spring Bank House. A new 15-year lease has been granted at a rent of around £20/sq ft.
Property Alliance will start work immediately building the new office on the site of a former pub.
