Alliance lets Merchant Exchange office suite

Harrison Goddard Foote has taken a 4,140sq ft office suite on the fourth floor of Property Alliance Group's Merchant Exchange building in Manchester's city centre.

The patent and trademark attorneys has relocated from its Stockport branch in Marple.

As part of a £2m refurbishment of a Grade II-listed former warehouse, situated on Whitworth Street West, Reid Architects provided planning and interior architectural services to Property Alliance Group.

A new feature terrace was added to the fourth floor, which overlooks the Rochdale canal.

Dominic Pozzoni, director at Property Alliance Group, based in Trafford Park, said: "We're delighted to have attracted a successful and expanding national company to one of our landmark buildings in the city centre. We take great confidence from this letting that our refurbished office space continues to be a popular choice for businesses relocating and strongly believe our high standards work for us in this competitive market."

Edwards & Co and WHR Property Consultants are joint agents on the building. Eddisons advised Harrison Goddard Foote.
