Allenbuild gains £4.3m contract with Liverpool Hope

Allenbuild has been awarded a £4.3m contract from Liverpool Hope University to deliver its new Cornerstone Phase 4-Music and Innovation Centre.

The new facilities will be steel framed with an external masonary wall, internal divisions, finishes and associated mechanical and electrical installations.

Allenbuild will also carry out external works and landscaping will also be undertaken within the main contract, which is likely to be sub-contracted to third parties.

The site is located on the corner of Shaw Street and Landsdale Street in Liverpool.
