Aldermore expands at 40 Spring Gardens

The building in Manchester is now fully let after the bank took 20,000 sq ft across the first and second floors on a 10-year lease.

Owned by Impax Asset Management and with OBI as sole agents, the 100,000 sq ft building is also home to Lloyds Bank and Aon. Impax purchased the building in 2015, but put it on the market in autumn 2017, with Aviva reported to be close to a £55m purchase in May last year.

Aldermore’s two additional floors take its total occupation in the building to 42,000 sq ft; it is already active on the first floors.
