Agents instructed on Parkway Four

Privately owned Lantern Property has appointed WHR Property Consultants and Berkeley Brown to market 20,000 sq ft of warehouse accommodation within Trafford Park.

The property, which can be sub-divided to provide two single units of 10,000 sq ft each are available on a leasehold or freehold basis from £4.75/sq ft and £65/sq ft respectively.

The units, which are situated on Parkway Four on Longbridge Road in Trafford Park, have undergone a refurbishment including the installation of a new roof.
