Administrator picks Edward Symmons to sell Lancaster office

Edward Symmons has been retained by Begbies Traynor, administrator of Time and Tide (Homes), to dispose of Wenning House at Halton Mills, Lancaster.
The 12,000 sq ft, two-storey building is described as "substantially completed". It is located on the edge of Halton, close to Junction 34 of the M6.
The agent is seeking bids for the freehold interest with a guide price at £800,000.
