New recruit at Davies Harrison

Manchester-based niche industrial property consultancy, Davies Harrison, have hired a third member of staff, graduate Simon Foden joins as agency surveyor.

Rick Davies, partner at Davies Harrison, said: "Whilst the economy is continuing to struggle, the industrial market is becoming increasingly active. As a firm we have been involved in a number of significant acquisitions and disposals and have won several new high profile instructions, which is why we have taken the decision to appoint Simon as with his support, we can continue to increase the high level of service that our clients expect from us."

Foden qualified in property investment at Nottingham Trent University. He said: "This is an exciting career move for me. Davies Harrison is a dynamic company and I look forward to working as part of its team."
