Napthens announces partner promotion
Property lawyer Stephen Bell, who joined the Preston-headquartered firm in 2014, has been named a partner to mark his contribution to the business.
Bell will continue to advise clients across the full service range offered by Napthens and will be part of a team tasked with developing the practice’s business in the Southport and wider Merseyside region, a strategy announced recently with the appointment of Shru Morris as chief executive.
He handles all aspects of commercial property legal work, from residential to commercial developments, site acquisitions, real estate property finance, and landlord and tenant issues.
Bell also routinely carries out corporate support for Napthens’ corporate team.
He said: “The commercial property team at Napthens is second to none and continues to be a busy, vibrant, and exciting place to work advising our wide range of clients including household names and smaller companies and individuals.
“My time so far with Napthens has been immensely rewarding and I’m delighted that the hard work of my team and I has been recognised in this way.”
Napthens now has six offices, with the others being Blackburn, Blackpool, Kendal and Penrith.
Morris said: “We have recently unveiled a new leadership team and have exciting plans for the firm’s future, and this is a great time for Stephen to be joining the partnership.”
