Mosscare signs in Stretford

Housing association Mosscare Housing has secured new industrial premises in Manchester with Millfield Estates.

Mosscare, which manages 4,500 properties in Greater Manchester, signed a 10-year lease on a 6,594 sq ft unit in Longford Trading Estate, Thomas Street, Stretford.

Freddie Oakey, graduate surveyor at Colliers International, secured the letting on behalf of landlord Millfield Estates, the Bolton-based commercial property investment company.
