Magnus brings Pilates studio into city centre

The ground floor of Magnus' 19 Spring Gardens office building in the historic business core of Manchester city centre will be occupied by a Pilates studio to serve nearby office workers with bad backs and other ailments.

Manchester Pilates Studio, run by Sarah Gallimore, owner of Hale Pilates Studio, signed a lease for 2,142 q ft. The Manchester Pilates Studio is due to open in November 2013, offering group reformer sessions, specialist mat-work, clinical, injury and pre- and post-op rehabilitation classes.

James Dickinson, director of letting agent Canning O'Neill, said: "The ground floor of 19 Spring Gardens provides the perfect space for a Pilates studio, benefiting from a prominent location on Spring Gardens, a high footfall and an abundance of local amenities."

The fit-out works managed by Magnus have now started on site and are midway through a seven-week programme.
