Liverpool University sticks with Drake & Kannemeyer

The University of Liverpool has reappointed Surrey-based Drake & Kannemeyer to provide estate condition and building surveying services.
The contract to conduct a survey of the premises is on a rolling basis over a number of years.
The university said the results of the investigation would inform the facilities management department of any investment required.
Drake has conducted surveying services for the university since 1988, with advice recently leading to the update of facilities within the Chemistry building. The firm advises several universities across the UK.
Drake & Kannemeyer won in a competitive tender process against five other bidders.
