Knee Doc moves to Christie Fields

Business Homes has sold an office building at Christie Fields in Didsbury, south Manchester, to the Knee Doc for an undisclosed sum.

The Knee Doc will occupy the 5,200 sq ft, two-storey building in the Christie Park phase, where quoting freehold values are £250/sq ft.

Christie Park comprises seven separate buildings and is home to Tolent Construction and engineer Bowmer & Kirkland.

Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ are the joint agents for Business Homes. Regional Property Solutions represented the Knee Doc.

Soller Group has secured approval for NXQ, an 18-storey office development on the corner of Lever Street and Great Ancoats Street.

Manchester City Council approved the application for the development of 44 houses and 26 flats on two adjoining sites spanning nearly four acres.
