The prices ranged from £164,950 for a one-bed to £449,950 for three beds. More than 50% were cash buyers.

ManeraThe residential development, named Manera, was delivered by Rowlinson Construction and architect Buttress Fuller Alsop Williams. The estate agent was Thornley Groves.

Bo Khan, director of Kingsdean, based in Poynton, said he was actively seeking new opportunities in Manchester city centre.

Kingsdean bought the upper floors of 118-124 Deansgate in 2009 from Town Centre Securities. The residential address is 46 King Street West, around the corner from the Deansgate retail entrance to the lower floors.
