Kingmoor applies to add 1.2m sq ft to Carlisle park

Brian Scowcroft's Kingmoor Park Properties has submitted a planning application to build a further 1.2m sq ft of commercial space at the eponymous Carlisle business park.
The next phase of the successful park would see another 90 acres added to the existing 400 acres, where 2m sq ft has already been built. A new road connecting to the M6 is scheduled for completion next year.
