Industrial unit sold to Point of Sale Group

Knight Frank's industrial team, on behalf of F&C Reit Asset Management, has sold a 47,000 sq ft warehouse to UK Point of Sale Group in Horsfield Way, Bredbury Industrial Estate, Stockport.
UKPOS provides point of sale display products and is relocating from Heaton Mersey. The move follows expansion of the company's manufacturing and distribution business and gives scope to extend its product range.
Rob Taylor, partner at Knight Frank, said: "Our knowledge of the local market meant that this transaction was completed quickly, enabling our client to make a return on their original investment and ensure a swift sale to a company that had been seeking new and more modern premises for some time."
