The property in Hyde Road, opposite Debdale Park, is over three floors and is in need extensive work throughout. As a result, internal viewings on the property are not possible. The vendor will not consider any pre-auction offers.

There are so far 83 lots in the catalogue for the next Edward Mellor and Roger Hannah commercial and residential sale, due to take place on 11 December at The Point, Lancashire Country Cricket Club. The auction will begin at 2pm, with doors opening for registration at 1pm.
