More than 700 property professionals chatted and danced the night away at the annual Place Party held at the Kimpton Clocktower hotel in Manchester.

The biggest event of the property social season, Place Party took place last Thursday evening with a sell-out crowd enjoying live music and dancing, a three-course fine dining meal, games and drinks into the early hours of Friday morning.

There was a fancy dress photo booth and even a giant Scalextric game that kept guests entertained – not to mention fantastic music and a relaxed, sociable atmosphere celebrating the people who make property, do deals, and move the wheels in the North West.

The headline sponsor of Place Party 2022 was ClearFibre. The drinks reception sponsor was Net Zero UK. Event sponsors were Kuits Solicitors, GIA, Castle Green, Curtins, Hollis and Euan Kellie Property Solutions.

Tickets for Place Party sell out quickly every year. To avoid disappointment, book now for next year’s event, to be held at the Kimpton on 5 October 2023.
