Fusion 21 seeks housing contractors

The Knowsley-based social housing procurement organisation is renewing its consultancy framework for the next four years with a budget of £10m.
There are 10 lots to bid for places on, from IT to project management and renewable technology. Fusion 21 said applicants from local small businesses across the UK and social enterprises are encouraged.
Fusion21's founder members were North West social landlords Helena Partnerships, Knowsley Housing Trust, Your Housing Group, South Liverpool Housing, the Riverside Group, Plus Dane Housing and the Regenda Group.
The deadline to apply is 3 March and the procurement is being run via the My Tenders system.
