Convergys and Meridian sign at Trident
Investor and developer Property Alliance Group has announced two new tenants at its Trident office complex, near Manchester Airport, leaving two suites remaining.
Meridian Business Support has taken the first floor of Trident 3, comprising 9,300 sq ft, on a 10-year lease, whilst Convergys Technologies has taken a 10-year lease on the full second floor and part of the ground floor of Trident 2, totalling 15,058 sq ft.
Trident has undergone a £7m refurbishment programme to provide 88,000 sq ft of office space. The scheme included the provision of amenities in The Drum, a 5,000 sq ft glass extension connected to the offices by a link bridge.
The scheme is now 90% let. The two remaining suites are 2,938 sq ft and 10,784 sq ft, both of which have a quoting price of £17.50/sq ft.
Letting agents are CBRE and Williams Commercial.
Driving past the building every day, it look like the E has fallen off, while it might is design speak create a focal point. If everyone thinks it has fallen off it makes a refurbished building look unkempt.
