Co-op signs pharma firm in Preston Brook

The Co-operative Estates has completed a letting at Wellfield Business Park in Runcorn to Phoenix Medical Supplies, a European pharmaceutical wholesaler.

Wellfield Business Park is located in Preston Brook, next to the M56, and comprises five detached office buildings. The let building, unit one, extends to 7,800 sq ft and Phoenix has committed to a lease until 2027.

Geoff Player, director of commercial and investment property at Co-operative Estates, said: "The commercial property market in the Warrington and Runcorn locality has certainly been more active in recent months; however, with a healthy supply of competition in the vicinity we are delighted to secure this significant letting."

BE Group and DTZ acted as joint agents at 1 Wellfield Business Park for The Co-operative Estates.
