Chancerygate tables plans for £15m UrbanX
The 53,000 sq ft scheme would be constructed on the site of Trafford Bank House at City Park Business Village.
Chancerygate acquired the 2.6-acre site from Landmark earlier this year and has now set into motion its plans to redevelop it into a £15m modern urban logistics scheme known as UrbanX.
UrbanX will comprise two leasehold units, one offering 30,200 sq ft and the other 22,800 sq ft, which will both target EPC A+ and BREEAM Excellent ratings. Chancerygate estimates that the scheme will create up to 60 jobs.
The site is located next door to another emerging logistics development – L&G’s 200,000 sq ft redevelopment of the 10-acre Klyne & Klyne site at City Park Business Village.
Hourigan Planning and Corstorphine and Wright Architects are advising Chancerygate.
