CDP Marshall sells to Dubai investors at Cobra Court

Dubai property investor, Bhakti, has acquired a 5,162 sq ft office building from CDP Marshall at Cobra Court in Trafford Park for a new showroom and administration office.
Bhakti joins Taylor Wimpey, Austin Trumanns and Rectella at the 28-unit speculative scheme.
Chris Brown of joint letting agent, Cushman & Wakefield, commented: "We are delighted to have secured this sale particularly in a market where freehold disposals are pretty scarce. However, the high quality accommodation together with its strategic location proves that there are still deals to be done with cash rich buyers."
