CBRE Investors completes trio of industrial deals in Ashton

CBRE Investors has reported three lettings totalling 13,000 sq ft at Kayley Industrial Estate on Richmond Street in Ashton-under-Lyne.
Whitecroft Lighting took 4,815 sq ft for £4.00/sq ft; Thermtech took 7,748 sq ft for £29,055 a year; and Swift Cargo took 568 sq ft at £5.00/sq ft.
Lambert Smith Hampton and WHR are joint agents for CBRE Investors.
