Bolton housing group expands at Orbit’s Courtyard

Bolton at Home, a housing group that manages 18,500 council properties, has taken an additional 3,677 sq ft of office space at Orbit Developments' The Courtyard.
The deal sees Bolton at Home increase its overall occupancy at the business park, part of Orbit's mixed-use The Valley scheme, near Middlebrook, to 19,000 sq ft.
Other tenants at The Valley include Royal Bank of Scotland, Warburtons, UGC Cinema, Royal Mail, Total Fitness and McDonalds.
