Bluemantle secures NHS letting in Wirral

Bluemantle has let 15,000 sq of offices to the NHS at Wirral Business Park.

The NHS has agreed a ten-year lease at £100,000 p/a and join tenants including Uneek Clothing Company, which relocated to a 136,000 sq ft unit on the Park last year.

John Leighton, director of Bluemantle, said: "Wirral Business Park forms an important part of investment portfolio and we are now looking for new opportunities to acquire similar properties throughout the North West to emanate our success at here."
