Bluemantle deals in Wigan

Bluemantle has secured two new tenants at Greenbank Business Park in Hindley Green, Wigan.

Kartell UK, a radiator distribution company, has opened its first North West centre having taken 90,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease.

One of Wigan's biggest employers, Bakkavor Foods, agreed a five-year lease for 40,000 sq ft.

Greenbank Business Park is situated on Swan Lane and comprises 350,000 sq ft of industrial space and 40,000 sq ft of offices on a 22-acre site.

John Leighton, associate director of Bluemantle, said: "We are very pleased to welcome Bakkavor and Kartell UK Ltd to the business park – in particular Kartell's decision to expand its operations in the North West and selecting Greenbank is a real coup both for the estate and Wigan. We now only have one unit of 40,000 sq ft available and hope to secure a further letting in the near future."
