BAM gains hospital work

Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has awarded a £310,108 construction contract to the building firm to upgrade the hospital.
BAM Construction's Salford team will extend and reconfigure various departments at Aintree University Hospital.
The departments include the fracture clinic, operating theatres, accident and emergency, critical care unit and an integrated cardiology unit.
The trust added that the project involves the upgrading of existing transport and infrastructure to meet the increasing capacity in the departments.
