Arley gets go-ahead in Nantwich
Arley Homes has been granted consent by Cheshire East Council to build 21 homes in Nantwich.
The 2.2 acre development off London Road will comprise a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom mews and detached family houses with off-street parking and gardens.
John Cosgrave, managing director of Arley Homes, said: "We hope to commence construction in the New Year and launch homes for sale by the summer, for completion in the autumn.
"The site is ideal for a development of family homes, particularly as it is in a quiet area close to the centre of town, with all of the benefits that offers in terms of shops, amenities, schools and transport links. This attractive market town is understandably popular with families, which is Arley's main customer base and has heavily influenced our decision to focus on building large detached houses."
HOW Planning advised.
Makes a welcome change from all the 1 & 2 bed flats that have been built over the past 10 years.

What – overpriced, twee, executive boxes in some dreary far-flung suburb? This is typical volume house builder schlock and precisely what they’ve been churning out for decades. No change here!
