Ableworld takes unit on Northwich arterial road

Kenneymoore Commercial Property Consultants has completed a small letting on behalf of a private landlord at 41 London Road in Northwich, Cheshire.

Ableworld, which sells mobility appliances and stairlifts, has taken the 1,500 sq ft unit on a new 15-year lease at a starting rent of £18,000/year. The shop was formerly occupied by Living Floors.

Ableworld, which is based in Stapeley, Cheshire, was unrepresented.
