Aztec hands over HHT office
The Liverpool-based fit out firm has completed a refurbishment on behalf of the not for profit organisation Halton Housing Trust at Daresbury Point, Manor Park, Runcorn.
Aztec said the £80,000 contract took six weeks to complete and involved creating an open plan office to enable HHT to increase its staff capacity within 4,000 sq ft of floor space from nine to 30 employees.
In addition, Aztec also refurbished the reception area by creating a curved reception counter with feature LED strip lighting.
Pete Pringle, Aztec designer, said: "This is just the first of several phases for Aztec, due to the success of this project they have been commissioned to deliver additional works for the Trust at their other sites."
HHT occupies a total area of around 16,000 sq ft at its head office in Runcorn and Aztec is also working on the ground floor at Daresbury Point on its behalf.
Aztec is currently working on a refurbishment of the ground floor and installing a mezzanine floor at HHT's Foundry Lane office in Widnes, measuring 16,900 sq ft in total.
HHT owns and manages over 6,000 homes in the Cheshire towns of Widnes and Runcorn.
Meanwhile, hair stylist's Hooka selected Aztec to refurbish its 1,500 sq ft salon on Button Street in Liverpool city centre.
Aztec completed the £65,000 contract in six weeks.
