House of Fraser click-and-collect deal completed

Liverpool One confirmed on Monday that House of Fraser is to open its first smaller format concept store in the North West, and only its second in the UK, in Peter's Lane.

The 1,500 sq ft store will open before Christmas and is House of Fraser's first presence in the city in more than two decades.

Robin Terrell, executive director of multichannel at House of Fraser, added: "Liverpool is a fantastic location for our first new concept store in the North West. It is a well-known shopping destination that attracts customers from across a very large area and we look forward to opening there later in the year."

Peter's Lane is the upmarket district within Liverpool One and is home to Harvey Nichols' recently-opened pop-up Foodmarket, open until the New Year and Radley, Reiss, Ted Baker, Jaeger, Hobbs, Whistles, Coast, Hugo Boss, Jigsaw, Karen Millen and Calvin Klein.
