Laserline Dies relocates to Spectrum
Laserline Dies has acquired new premises at Spectrum Business Park in South Manchester.
The specialist supplier of steel rule cutting dies and ancillary products for the packaging industry is moving to the 7,750 sq ft unit 5 in Birdhall Lane, Cheadle, from its current home on Newby Road Industrial Estate, Hazel Grove.
Laserline Dies has another manufacturing site in Chelmsford, Essex and also operates as Sabre Dies in Louth, Lincolnshire.
The sale of the premises to Laserline was undertaken by Freddie Oakey, surveyor at the Manchester office of real estate advisors Colliers International on behalf of Urban Waterside.
Spectrum Business Park is within a short distance of junctions 1/2 of the M60 and represents the first phase of a major development that will ultimately cover more than 50,000 sq ft.
The Park is currently home to Cheadle heath police station, a sub-divisional headquarters of Greater Manchester Police and will accommodate more new business space, in excess of 150 homes, a Metrolink station and large areas of open space.
