VIDEOS: Bruntwood’s tales of two cities

Bruntwood has produced short films which it is distributing on social media networks to drive interest in stock in Liverpool and a soon-to-be-renamed building in Manchester.

The stop-motion film Love where you work – Liverpool shows two colleagues walking around the city and through various buildings in Bruntwood's portfolio as they choose the location for a new office. The featured Liverpool offices include Cotton Exchange, The Plaza, Queen Insurance Buildings and Oriel Chambers. The video also features Bruntwood customers Moose Coffee and Ph Creative

Deansgate & Quay is aimed at encouraging pre-let interest in Overseas House on the corner of Deansgate and Quay Street and has the strapline 'Are you ready to challenge your perception of work space?'

In February, Bruntwood said it would redevelop three office buildings in Manchester city centre: Overseas House, Elliott House and Bank Chambers.
