Peel completes latest deal with Bertram

Peel Land & Property has signed Holyrood Nursery at Central Park in The Quays, Media City UK, Salford Quays.

The nursery, which is parent company Bertram's newest facility in Greater Manchester, has agreed on a 15 year lease on 12,424 sq ft for an undisclosed rent. Bertram opened a 10,000 sq ft nursery at Peel's Princes Dock development in Liverpool earlier this year.

Stephen Wild, managing director at Media City UK, said: "We are working closely with our colleagues across the Peel portfolio to provide the broadest possible range of facilities for both Media City UK and the surrounding area. Holyrood will offer a much-needed service and will no doubt be a great asset for families at The Quays."

Other Holyrood Nurseries are located Prestwich, Altrincham, Astley, Swinton, Oldham, and Rochdale.

Bertram Nursery Group currently operates 32 nurseries across Scotland and the north of England.
