Orbit lets office at Parkway House

Orbit Developments has let 4,310 sq ft of office space to Pennant Information Services at Parkway House in Northenden, Greater Manchester.

Part of the Pennant Group, Pennant Information Services offers design, multimedia and technical services including computer based training and graphic design. The company has agreed a ten year lease for an undisclosed sum.

The company has relocated 40 staff from Renold House in Styal Road, Manchester, to the office building.

Tom Daniels, Pennant's operations manager, said: "We wanted to relocate our Manchester operation to a more convenient location and Parkway House ticked all of the boxes for us due to its close proximity to the motorway network, Manchester Airport and the city centre."

The 25,000 sq ft Parkway House is a three-storey building being marketed by Canning O'Neill.
