Knight Frank instructed on Wigan Pier offices

Knight Frank has been retained by Stewart Milne Developments to market offices at Trencherfield Mill in Wigan.

The Wigan Pier Quarter building comprises 55,798 sq ft of suites ranging from 2,500 sq ft up to single floors of 10,000 sq ft. In addition there is a two-storey annex building providing 3,000 sq ft, arranged over ground and first floors with its own entrance.

David Porter, partner, North West commercial at Knight Frank, commented: "This iconic building has been dramatically transformed to provide modern office accommodation with character, retaining some of its defining features. In fact, the building still holds the largest working mill steam engine in the world. Within the Trencherfield Mill site there are plans to provide retail kiosk units totalling 7,000 sq ft, a three star hotel, Arts Heritage Centre and on the ground floor of the mill there are plans for a public house and restaurant totalling approximately 9,500 sq ft."

Each suite is available by way of a new lease and rentals are available upon application.
