Hill Dickinson partner to join Manchester team
Hill Dickinson property partner Paula Hanlon has relocated from the law firm's Liverpool headquarters to its Manchester office, where she will help direct the firm's growth strategy.
Hanlon worked at Bullivant Jones from 2001 until the firm merged with Hill Dickinson in 2004 and was made partner at Hill Dickinson in 2006.
Her expertise relates to residential, office, retail and leisure developments and consists of acquisitions, site assembly and development, disposals, lettings, general management and landlord and tenant issues.
She acts for a number of developers and investment property companies and has been retained exclusively by the Maghull Group and Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa since 2001. She also has expertise in property finance and has acted for a number of Banks including RBS, NatWest and Handelsbanken.
David Swaffield, head of property and construction at Hill Dickinson, commented: "According to this year's figures, the Liverpool property team bucked the national trend by reporting growth. Overall, this practice group performed well in the downturn and Paula's relocation will build on this by further strengthening Manchester's property team. In order to increase the firm's city portfolio, she is now meeting a series of potential clients in the Greater Manchester area."
