      The Opportunity:

      Our client is a market leading property company, that provides a true mix of traditional commercial with specialist accommodation, across the UK.

      The role of Senior Commercial Surveyor shall predominantly be responsible for:

      • Undertaking viewings
      • Negotiation of lease agreements
      • Liaising and work alongside agents, consultants and other 3rd party representatives
      • Maintaining competitor analysis
      • Supporting wider company teams and managing a junior commercial surveyor
      • Attending and contributing to relevant industry networking events
      • Relationship building with new and existing tenants/occupiers
      • Marketing – liaise with the team to agree, develop and deliver marketing initiatives for all accommodation

      Pre-requisites:

      • Experience within the commercial property sector – including but not limited to sales, target/budget management, deal structure, market & competitor knowledge etc.
      • Previous experience in a similar role e.g. commercial surveyor, commercial leasing, asset management, portfolio management
      • Experience outside of traditional commercial property would be ideal, but not essential
      • Sales and marketing experience, across traditional and other channels
      • A relationship builder with a variety of tenants and colleagues, at many levels
      • Highly organised, ability to manage multiple projects
      • Excellent presentation and networking skills
      • Customer focussed
      • Collaborator, working across various teams
      • Attention to detail
      • A good understanding of commercial property sales dynamics

      N.B. Ideally, this is a full-time role although the client may consider 4-days per week, for the right candidate.
