A leading firm of Chartered Surveyors within Manchester is looking for an MRICS Valuation Surveyor (Surveyor to Associate level) to join their very successful team. My client has an enviable reputation within the market for providing a professional and personal service across commercial property, ensuring an established client base.

As the successful MRICS Commercial Valuation Surveyor, you will be given autonomy to manage your own client relationships successfully, providing tailored valuation reports to suit your individual clients’ needs. With a passion for providing quality valuations, you will carry out property inspections, prepare reports of a high calibre and to clients’ timescales, with a focus on combining your valuation experience and local knowledge to achieve a first-class service.

Working as part of the Valuation team you will develop and manage client relationships and will support the more junior members in the team when required. As a confident business developer, you will be able to secure new business effectively and help the team to achieve the wider goals and targets.
